Healthy Options Review: I HEART KEENWAH


Welcome to this month’s Healthy Options Review featuring I HEART KEENWAH. I HEART KEENWAH makes all of their products using the South American ancient superfood “the mother of all grains” Quinoa. Although Quinoa is a seed it is full of vitamins, minerals and high protein content. Additionally Quinoa is naturally gluten-free, low-glycemic and is high in fiber.

I HEART KEENWAH all started because of the company’s love for Quinoa. I HEART KEENWAH features Bolivian Royal Quinoa “the highest quality Quinoa” as their primary ingredient in all of their delicious, health conscious products.

The I HEART KEENWAH- Chocolate Sea Salt Quinoa Clusters were enjoyably tasty. The crunchiness and sweetness from the Organic sunflower seeds, almonds and dark chocolate was just right! The chocolate, sea salt and Quinoa all balanced well together. All of the ingredients within this snack are Certified NON-GMO Project Verified, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Kosher and contain an abundance of Organic Ingredients.

I really enjoyed the I HEART KEENWAH- Cashew Cranberry Clusters. The dried cranberries were incredibly rich, sweet, moist and flavorful. Similarly these sweet, fulfilling snacks are Certified NON-GMO Project Verified, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Kosher and contain a richness of Organic Ingredients.

The I HEART KEENWAH- Sweet Chili Quinoa Puffs were spicier than I anticipated. At first bite this flavorful sweet snack fills your mouth but after the 2nd or 3rd crunch, the spicy flavor kicks in! I really enjoyed this snack. The jalapeño and habanero brings true authentic heat to this tasty treat! This snack is Certified Gluten-Free, Vegan, NON-GMO Project Certified and Kosher.
